The Fremont health office is located in the front office; a health clerk is on campus daily. Any student who becomes ill or suffers a minor injury during the school day must obtain a pass from the teacher before reporting to the health office.  If a problem occurs before or after school, the student is to report directly to the Assistant Principal’s Secretary. Major injuries/illnesses will be treated by our Emergency Response Team.

Unfortunately, we do not have the space or personnel to house sick students in the office. Parents will be contacted to pick up students who are ill. Please ensure phone numbers are kept current with the school for emergencies.

Education Code 49423: Any pupil who is required to take, during the regular school day, prescribed medication by a physician, may be assisted by school personnel if the parent completes the school district’s request for medication at school form, which can be obtained upon request from the school office.
